The Studio

JG Yoga and Wellness is an Eco Friendly Yoga, Pilates and Wellness Studio, and a dedicated member of the areas's holistic health community.

 

Jenn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Holistic Health Studies from Georgian Court University. Our Holistic Health Community acknowledges the 2nd Niyama (Habits of Healthy Living): Santosha: acceptance of others and optimism for ones self.

 

Since 2013, JG Yoga and Wellness has prided itself on offering a truly unique experience in which our students are inspired to add more flexibility and strength to their life-on and off the mat. Classes have options giving to every student to make the practice a comfortable and enjoyable experience. In addition to our daily schedule of classes, JG Yoga and Wellness hosts a variety of events designed to nourish the body and the spirit.

 

We proudly staff of Yoga Alliance Certified Instructors, ensuring that your practice is guided by a team dedicated to your health and safety. JG Yoga and Wellness welcomes students and fitness enthusiasts from all levels of practice, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and to those ready to explore deeper through our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs.

 

JG Yoga and Wellness will continue to focus on providing educational information on yoga and wellness, teaching proper exercise technique and hosting accredited trainings with experienced presenters.
