CASSANDRA PFAFF, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP

Cassie is a lifelong yoga practitioner and Yoga Alliance certified instructor that had been teaching for 14 years in the Westmoreland County area. Former co-founder and owner of Moonglow Yoga in Greensburg, Cassie teaches a wide range of classes, from gentle, restorative, and yin yoga to a more active breath-guided movement/vinyasa style.

In the early 90s while looking to manage anxiety and stress, finding a book on yoga began a lifelong journey into movement and breathwork - one that would culminate in a small suggestion a decade later to her mother, Melanie, to try a yoga practice. Immediately drawn to the practice Melanie set forth to integrate yoga into her life and both would work together to open Moonglow Yoga in Downtown Greensburg in 2008.

Although initially only the business-side partner for the studio, Cassie went on to her 200-hr certification at Moonglow Yoga in 2011. She continued her knowledge through several additional training programs including her 500-hr certification through MVP in Austin, Texas. She is certified in vinyasa, yin, restorative, and adaptive yoga styles, and she has taught throughout the area, as well as on the national level at the former Wanderlust festivals.

Her classes are aimed at being inclusive, body positive, and adaptable for every body type, weaving modern anatomy and physiology knowledge into the practice of yoga. She specializes in gentle and yin yoga, and brings her ever expanding knowledge of yoga and the body into her classes.

Alaina Durigon, RYT 200

Alaina discovered yoga in high school and was immediately drawn to the way that it strengthened the body and mind while creating a supportive community. She completed her Yoga Alliance RYT-200 training in 2014 and after experiencing the benefits of yoga during her pregnancy she completed an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2025.

She specializes in vinyasa flow and prenatal yoga, offering classes that are welcoming, empowering, and accessible to all levels. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply take time for yourself, her goal is to help you feel supported and confident in your practice.

When she is not teaching, she is a registered diatician, enjoys cooking, and loves spending time with her family. She believes that wellness is about nurturing the body and mind, and is honored to share that journey with others through yoga.
