JG Yoga and Wellness offers classes for All-Levels in a Eco-friendly yoga and wellness studio and yoga teacher training facility located in Latrobe & Ligonier,PA, that has been a staple in the community since opening its doors in 2013.

We recommend Gentle & All-level Classes for First TimeStudents.


​Most of our classes are for All-Level's so Beginner's will always feel comfortable in those classes.

​Wear comfortable clothes and relax.

Classes are easy to follow... so no worries if you are new to yoga andfitness.

****Im happy to be back. Sad with out Bailey but he will be with us in spirit. I have went through hell this past year. I have an unusal medical condition that affects my throat and is controlled through diet, special types of water and stress reduction. I feel yoga is key to a healthy balanced life. I look forward to practicing with all of you again.
